The Belize Marine Rescue and Education Center is the first of its kind in Belize, located in Gales Point Manatee, an ecological haven for manatees. Spearheaded by conservationist Jamal Galvez, the facility will serve as a hub for marine animal rehabilitation, education, and groundbreaking research. Strategically placed in central Belize, it aims to mold future conservation leaders and reinforce Belize’s global role in marine protection.
